Lesson Plan:
Calm
- Sun Salutation – with Good Morning song
- Sit in Stillness – 5 minutes
- Read Book – Moody Cow Meditates by Kerry Maclean
- Songs – If Your Angry and You Know it by Jack Hartman – “3 choices when you’re angry – blow it out, walk away and keep your cool, tell someone you are angry” – and add yoga poses like Volcano Breath, Woodchopper or Warrior
- Belly Breathing – with Hoberman Sphere – student-led
- Pinwheel Breathing – 10 second breath
