Relaxation: Journey with a group of friends through forest to ocean. Campfire on the beach. Appreciation/Trust.

 

Notes/Reflections: Timing was good! The class ended up only being 5 of the girls, I had anticipated 8, so I was one of the partners, which I actually really enjoyed. I had girls switch partners often so everyone worked with everyone. It really worked well to teach Roots because I found myself really coming back to that in so many poses. I am still struggling with how much to “correct” with downward dog and plank in the Mat 20 sequence. Some of the girls have their legs/feet pressed together, which compromises their balance. Overall, though, a great class!
