  • Mindful Snack Activity – Take time to decorate each mat with dishes, napkins, cups and plates. Once each mat has been decorated, pass around a bowl of fresh fruit and a small amount of chocolates to each student. Next pass around a picture of fresh juice and have student pour a glass themselves. Give a direction that no eating until everyone is served. Once everyone has been served take time and have the students look smell and feel the fruit before eating.
