Lesson Plan:
Calm
- Belly Breathing – with Hoberman
- Pulse Count – to self and then for 30 seconds
Activate – several poses done to rhythm of the drum
- Activate/Relax walk
- Arm swings with positive self-talk -“I am strong. I can do it.”
- Forward bend x2
- Chair x2
- Downward Dog
- Cobra
Calm
- Twist
- Calm Voice
- Relaxation – with Mindful Moments listening card-“ln the next moment, listen to all the different sounds in the room. How many can you hear? ..”
