  1. Welcome: Celebration with parents – kids’ demonstration of the program. Everyone participates and children lead each activity. Letting parents know when these poses might help, e.g.,  to calm down, to energize in the morning, to release anger and frustration, to get a new perspective, etc.
  2. Breathing: With Sphere
  3. Volcano Breath: Send out heartfelt thoughts
  4. Mat 20
  5. Tree: with all the families
  6. Tree circle with distracters: with all families
  7. Back drawing with everyone
  8. Progressive relaxation with everyone: teaching relaxation techniques to parents, showing them how to lead this.
  9. Compliment Game: Children sit with their families and each give a compliment.
  10. Mindful snack with everyone.
