Calm
- Belly Breathing – with breathing ball – Group member volunteer
- Compliments
- Breathing and thinking about a community image using a mindful moment card
Activate
- Name toss – eye contact – getting to know community members
- Sun salutation flow – using breathing, expansion, and activation
- Trust walk – “surprise guide” from the group – Sometimes we find that we have “surprise guides” in life/community. Who are people that have helped guide us that we didn’t expect
- Partner pull – eye contact, feel your partner and yourself equally balancing the stretch
- Twist – Back to mats and twists on back

- Sharing about “surprise guides” in our own lives/community
- Relaxation – Pumpkin patch – addresses accepting all community members
