- Mountain – Think about activating your muscles as you pull them in tight towards the center of our body – “hugging into” our center
- Tree Circle – Noticing the many trees and creating a big beautiful forest with all of our favorite animals imagine how the animals work together in the forest and protect each other – Include variation of dropping hand down without support of the circle – Switch sides
- Shoulder Clock – Switching sides
- Partner Pull – Reminder the activity is not a tug-of-war – Noticing the teamwork between us and our partner and the combined balance and stretch – Noticing without our partner this activity would not be as easy to do – Switching sides
- Arm Swings – See if the group can lift and lower their arms together or in sync with each other
- Dancer Modified – Include variation of doing it once with eyes open and once with eyes closed – Imagine what it would be like if you had the support of the community around you while you practiced the pose with you eyes closed – Switch sides
Calm
