Calm
- Find the Squares on Hands and Feet
- Hoberman sphere Breathing – getting into our bodies
- Rock n Roll to Boat
- Shaking to Grounded
- Mountain – Grounding – roots in feet, hands stretch toward the sun
- Crescent Moon – Press through feet to reach farther
- Down Dog – Grounding through feet and hands (One Legged Dog)
Activate
- Mountain – ground children through shoulders, feet TEST MOUNTAIN
- Mountain, Upward Reaching Pose, Waterfall, Down Dog, Crocodile, Cobra, Down Dog – press into feet, hands bellies!
- Star, Moonflowers, Sunflowers, Sun Pose – press through feet
- Tree, Bending Tree, Tree Challenge

- Polar Bear Story
- Lotus or Turtle – Grounding through sitting bones
