Welcome! I provide yoga instruction to individuals of all ages and abilities at various locations in Tulalip, WA and the surrounding areas. My experience includes adapting yoga poses for the needs, wants, and abilities of each individual I work with. My goal is to integrate mindfulness activities with social/emotional learning opportunities, relaxation and breathing techniques, and physical movement that is accessible for a wide variety of individuals. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and individuals with developmental, cognitive, sensory, and mobility disabilities.
