  • Belly Breathing – Breathing Ball


(stopping throughout to activate muscles and feel their strength)

  • Mountain
  • Up Mountain
  • Forward Fold
  • Warrior (Right Leg Back)
  • Downward Dog (Hands on the floor to)
  • Plank (lower yourself to the floor)
  • Cobra
  • Downward Dog
  • Warrior (right leg forward)
  • Forward Fold (step feet together)

  • Social Emotional Activity:
    • Activate/Relax – Play a game to practice going from relaxed to strong. You never know when you will be walking along and something happens that you have to be strong and activate your mountain or your warrior. So we are going to play this game called Activate / Relax. Practice an activated Mt and Warrior. Walk around room relaxed until I band the drum hard and say Activate.
