  • Downward Dog…pg. 74 – Bring feet forward

  • Forward Bend – feet back to plank
  • Plank
  • Superman..pg. 89 – To table….on knees and hands
  • Cat/Cow – repeat…pg. 68
  • Child’s Pose – repeat..pg. 70
  • Downward Dog – repeat…pg.74 – Bring feet forward….turn to side/ take feet wide apart 3 to 4 feet..toes straight ahead
