  • Yoga calm guidelines
  • Principle written on board, ask kids why important
  • Use star wars cards – pick who feel most like now


  • Belly Breathing – with Hoberman sphere- ask kids between 5-10 breaths, volunteers

  • Star – develops sense of personal power, activate your inner super hero, (stand tall) spread fingers like rays of sun
  • Wood Chopper – also pretend Jedi with light saber
  • Warrior Challenge (Jedi) – how long can hold it, 30 more beats of drum (positive self talk)
