Calm
- Belly Breathing – while balancing a rock on belly, picture being connected to the Earth like the rock, 30-60 seconds
- Mindful Moment Card – imagine sitting on a large warm rock…

Activate
- Tree – 30 second each side, use drum (focus on a spot on wall)
- Tree Challenge II – press gently without losing balance
- Roots – try eyes open, then closed- how different?
- Chair Pose – feel being strong and rooted
- Block Creek – eyes open, eyes closed with help (positive self talk)
- Compliments for helper

- Back Breathing – feel connected to partner
