Lesson Plan:
Calm
- Belly Breathing – with Hoberman Sphere: 10 breaths
- Twist – look at the person to your right and to your left, find someone you want to cooperate with, to be partners with
Activate
- Mountain Pose – side by side make a mountain range, move a little closer, like the Rocky Mountains
- Roots – wind your roots down into the ground, imagine winding roots around someone else’s roots forming a giant rope like those that tug in the big ships on Lake Superior

- Shoulder Clock
- Partner Pull
- Tree Challenge
- Tree Circle – the importance of cooperation, relying on others
- Trust Walk and Sensory Adventure – switch places and switch partners
- Back Drawing– draw a person, now another, join their hands, draw the sun shining, build a house, plant trees, draw the neighbors, draw a circle connecting all the people in your neighborhood
