Calm

  • Intro – Review classroom expectations. Have each student read one out loud.
  • Four Corners of Hands ○ Spread fingers. Trace a square around the hand. ○ In downward dog and plank press down through fingertips and the palm knuckles.

    • Leg Stretch ­ – Both legs

    • Rock and Roll­ – go slow and feel each vertebrae as you roll.
