Lesson Plan:


  • Volcano Breath – Inhale arms up and exhale arms down.
  • Belly Breathing – Hoberman sphere 5-8 times. Have kids volunteer to do hoberman.


  • Chair Yoga Flow – Go behind chair:
    • Start with Upward Mountain
    • Forward Fold on chair
    • Upward Mountain
    • Tree Pose on both sides – times two
    • Forward Fold on chair
    • Upward Mountain
    • Warrior One on each side
    • Forward Fold
    • Mountain Pose


  • Chair Child’s Pose and Relaxation – Put your head on table and think of a time when you felt strong. What were you doing? Running?
  • Chime and Sharing – Ring chime. They lift their head when they stop hearing the chime and share their thoughts.
