Lesson Plan:
Calm
- Belly Breathing – with affirmations – with the Hoberman sphere
- Pulse Counts – use drum to beat out what you hear
- Poster Activity – Create a “Me” poster outline of the body, write positive attributes
Activate
- Mat 20 – times 3
Calm
- Discussion – Discuss what is “pride/proud”
- Relaxation Story – pg. 88 “A Little Adventure” in book, message “I am happy being me”.
