Lesson Plan:


  • Belly Breathing – with the Hoberman sphere
  • Mountain Pose – testing mountains, feel mountain stand strong into ground and rising tall at the peak. Discuss how a tree is also this way – 4 corners into the mat.
  • Fall Game – mindful observation of a leaf using all senses, describe


  • Mat 20 – times 3 –describe the grounding of mountain


  • Relaxation Story – pg. 128 “Good News” in book, message “I am good news”. Something positive about myself, positive words to describe self
