- Belly Breathing – with Hoberman Sphere, student led. 5x through. Students are seated in a circle.
- Pulse Count – Students take pulse. See if pulse is slowed down as students slow down their breathing and calm their bodies.
- Yoga Flow – Students start in child’s pose, to table top, breathing and working through cat and cow poses. To down dog up to mountain. Tree pose as students practice focus and stillness. Allowing their breath to guide them through tree pose and steady their body, slowing pules, calming body, providing stillness. Forward fold, down dog child pose. Repeat x 4
- Relaxation – Ending in child’s pose. Place head on fist. Find breath. Imagine something that calms you down. Your favorite thing to do when you need to slow your body down.
