Calm

  • Belly Breathing – feeling the heart beat from the roots to the top of the tree
  • Relaxation – Bring awareness to your toes, picture strong roots pushing through the ground, stretching out and reaching for nourishment. Sense the energy moving up from the toes to the ankles as the bones are getting stronger. Feel the energy move through the shins. And as the energy travels through the legs, around the knee caps, sending more nourishment up through the thighs and into the hips, notice how your body is becoming stronger. Now bring the awareness to your core, picture thousands of red blood cells moving throughout the veins. Listen to the beat and feel the movement as the heart and lungs transfer blood and oxygen throughout the body, bringing fresh oxygen into your body as you inhale. Watch the energy move up the body, through the throat, up the neck and into the face, around the cheeks and into the top of your head, creating a strong, stable, sturdy human being.
