- Belly Breathing – Child-led Hoberman Sphere breathing, kids give compliments.
- Volcano Breath
- Activate/Relax Walk — Combine with brief discussion (page 58 of book) when we need to be relaxed (to fall asleep or rest), activated (near an angry dog) or both at the same time (athletics, performing arts, sitting in class or taking a test).
- Back Drawing Activity
- Yoga Poses – Warrior I and II, followed by Yoga Calm Mat 20 (starting with rock and roll), ending with relaxation/ belly breathing with stuffed animal on belly.
