- Mindful Moment Cards – for grounding, under mat. Children read their card and explore for one minute. Brief discussion after.
- Alternate Arm/Leg Kicks
- Arm Swings – (adding in positive self-talk phrases, have poster up for kids to see)
- Block Creek Activity
- Yoga Poses – Boat pose, bow, bridge, cat/cow pose and tree pose (partner tree pose if time).

- Relaxation – Relaxed belly breathing with Guided Relaxation -Magic Carpet Ride
