Props/Music Resources Required: yoga mats, music, CD player, Hoberman Sphere; Hearing Things book
- Belly Breathing – with Hoberman Sphere: 10 breaths. Counter, breather and compliment both.
- Pulse Count – Place two finders at the corner of your mouth. Trace fingers down into the groove along neck, feel your pulse. Count pulse for 15 seconds.
- Yoga Calm Mat 20 Flows – Leg stretch, rock and roll, boat, volcano breathe, mountain, forward fold, lunge, downward dog, plank, cobra, downward dog, lunge, forward fold, chair, upward mountain, mountain, tree
- Relaxation – Read the book Hearing Things – Roll to right; up
