  1. Welcome: Balance – What things do you have to balance in your life (school, sports, family, friends, chores)? What does it mean to be balanced? What helps you stay balanced?
  2. Breathing: With Sphere
  3. Pulse Count with distracters
  4. Volcano Breath: Send out heart felt thoughts
  5. Mat 20
  6. Tree Pose

  9. Dancer’s Pose
  10. Block Creek-3 times- once looking down at the blocks, once looking straight ahead with two partners, once closing your eyes-discussion afterwards
  11. Relaxation: speak to staying in the present moment helps us stay balanced. Focus on your breath.
