Welcoming: Ground rules

Calm

  • Belly Breathing – with breathing ball – Group member volunteer -Breathing and thinking about a stillness image using a mindful moment card
  • Pinwheel breathing – does thinking of the stillness image help you breathe more steady?
  • Changing Channels

Activate

  • Sun salutation flow – using breathing, expansion, and activation – Leaders with pose from the flow that reminds them of stillness
  • Compliments
  • Community tree
  • Tree – being as still as possible

Calm

  • Calm voice activity
  • Relaxation – Pleasant dreams
