Welcoming: Ground rules

Calm

  • Belly Breathing – with breathing ball – Group member volunteer
  • Pulse count – listening to pulse
  • Pulse count with distractions from leaders

Activate

  • Name toss  – with multiple balls – listening to what is important (eyes and name)
  • Sun Salutation flow – using breathing, expansion, and activation
  • Personal Space – listening to partner

Calm

  • Exploring feelings
  • Happiness recipe
  • Relaxation – Get Away
