Welcoming: Ground rules

Calm

  • Belly Breathing – with breathing ball – Group member volunteer
  • Compliments
  • Lay on backs – find power center and heart – listening to both, grounding on the floor beneath body
  • Discuss grounding, brainstorm images

Activate

  • Mountain – grounding down as you exhale, using activation to become more grounded
  • Activate/Relax Walk
  • Sun Salutation – using breathing, expansion, and activation
  • Modified Dancer
  • Warrior 2 – past, present, future

Calm

  • Past, present, future worksheet
  • Relaxation – Progressive Relaxation, using grounding images
